Night vision, thermal imaging and IIT system development & testing
01 Induction of TI Technology
We are engaged in the development and supply of various Thermal Imaging (TI) systems for the armed forces and law enforcement agencies. Systems successfully developed include TI DNV-P, TIC3 and Mini TWS, developed in collaboration with M/s CLC and M/s Theon, Greece.
02 Repair & Maintenance Support
We provide factory-level repair and maintenance support to the armed forces and law enforcement agencies, with elaborate facilities for the following systems:
- Single Tube Night Vision Goggle — AN/PVS-7G
- Night Vision Weapon Sight for LMG — NS-60C
- Individual Served Night Vision Weapon Sight — AN/PVS-4A
- Aviation Night Vision Goggle for Helicopters — NVG/S-H
- Driver's Night Vision Periscope
- Crew Served Night Vision Weapon Sight — AN/TVS-5A (Al-Khalid, Al-Zarar Tank, APC)
- High Performance Night Vision Goggles — AN/PVS-5C
- General Purpose Night Vision Binoculars — NVB-4A
- General Purpose Night Vision Binoculars — NVB-5A
03 Commercial Supply of IIT & TI Based Systems
We supply IIT/TI systems to law enforcement agencies and other clients on a commercial basis. More than 1500 NVGs have been supplied to customers in Pakistan. Export of such systems is also undertaken in collaboration with our OEM partners.
04 Testing of IIT & TI Based Systems
We have elaborate facilities for the testing of IIT based systems. Image intensifier tubes procured under any contract are tested and accepted on a grade basis. Testing services have been provided to the armed forces and law enforcement agencies, with approximately 15,000 tests completed since inception.
05 Optronics Lab Facilities
NVG Testing Facilities: Our facility provides an excellent platform for manufacturers and academia engaged in R&D. The following NVG parameters are tested:
Environmental Testing Facilities: Our modern environmental testing facilities support NVG testing to meet US Military Standard 810G, including high altitude testing up to 100,000 ft, high/low temperature testing (-55 to 70°C), vibration testing, and immersion and drop shock testing.
CNC Lab — Mechanical Parts Development: Our CNC machine enables the development of precision mechanical parts. Over 150 mechanical parts have been developed for various NVG systems.
